Procrastination is the Devil's Tea Time.

Procrastination should be the eighth deadly sin, exaggeration, probably, but it is one of my capital vices, or it feels that way. I prepare myself with the best of intentions, morning exercise to stretch the body and mind, a shower to cleanse and relax, freshly made sweet tea to imbibe and invigorate, and a quick glance of the day's schedule to stay focused or so I lead myself to believe. It's not until I start writing, I'm on a good pace, and it occurs to me I don't know much about stained glass windows, a focal point in chapter ten when my protagonist has an epiphany under a grandiose rose window at night and the light of the moon is uncovered by the clouds and... and how would that look? Would it make the impact I'm looking for? I search it up, and not only do I find what I was looking for, but I also find about four hours of (wasted?) imagery and history I didn't know I needed. Yes, needed. I sat for a cup of tea with the devil and he told me everything I needed to know about stained glass, maybe a bit more than was proper, but it was fun.
